By using the services of ZZ Farms and Kennels, LLC, you acknowledge and agree:
1. Assumption of Risk
Farm environments and animal interactions involve inherent risks, including:
- Injury from animals
- Uneven terrain
- Outdoor hazards
You voluntarily assume all risks.
2. Release of Liability
You release ZZ Farms and Kennels, LLC, its owners and staff from any liability for:
- Injuries
- Damages
- Losses arising from participation
3. Pet Responsibility
Owners are fully responsible for their animals, including:
- Behavior
- Health
- Vaccination status
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ZZ Farms and Kennels, LLC against any claims arising from your actions or your pet.
5. Agreement
By using our services, you agree to this waiver.
